Watch musician and activist Turaj Zaim in New York at an emergency rally in March 2011. The rally took place right before the UN vote to assign a special rapporteur to investigate human rights in Iran. After speaking about the important of the international community’s recognition of the growing human rights crimes in Iran, the crowd asked Turaj to get back up on stage and describe how he helped get his father, secular democrat Kourosh Zaim, out of Evin Prison again.
