GVF — Two more member of Iran’s leading student alumni group ADVAR were arrested by security forces on Sunday afternoon. According to Advar News, Hasan Asadi Zeidabadi and Ali Jamali who are members of the central council of the student organisation, were arrested yesterday afternoon. Hasan Asasi Zeidabadi who is responsible for the human rights committee of the organisation, was arrested at his home while Ali Jamali who is responsible for the organisation’s political committee was arrested at his work place. There is currently no further information about the reason behind the arrest or the charges against the two men. It should be noted that Zeidabadi had been arrested once more last year and was later released on bail after spending forty days in prison. His court trial was recently held and he was threatened by security officials in recent weeks, says Advar news. The latest arrest come as the organisation’s chairman Ahmad Zeidabadi, its spokesperson Abdollah Momeni as well as the head of its public relations are still in prison.
