IHR Death Penalty Report Shows 16% Increase in 2013

Iran Human Rights has published its 2013 annual report on the death penalty in Iran. With more than 687 executions, the number of executions in 2013 were the highest in more than 15 years, including 30 women and 3 juveniles.
